Tips/Guidelines on Rent/Sale Forum Entries -To make it easier for others to easily locate weeks they are searching for, please follow these steps:
When posting a New Topic, in the Title section list Week#, Bldg/Unit#, Type of Unit (Studio, 1-bed, 2-bed, etc)in that order. This makes it easier to sort things when looking for a particular week. EXAMPLE Title: For Rent - Week #1, B123, 1 BR
When searching the Rent/Sale Forum (or any other forum), you can click on any of the column headings (Title, Author, Views, Replies, Last Post) and the list will be sorted by that category. For example, if you click Author, the list will be sorted in alphabetical order (by first name) of the person who posted. If the first step is followed when posting your topic, this list would then be in week number order – making it easier to find what you are looking for.
IMPORTANT - If the week you have listed has been rented, please let us know via CONTACT US so that we can remove the ad or move it to a different thread of Rented Units.
You can also go back to a previously posted topic and edit it. You can now change the content of your message (but NOT the title) to include the week, bldg info and then click SAVE at the bottom. If you change the information in the title, it will only change the "sub-title" within the posting. If you wish to have your TOPIC title changes, please click CONTACT US on the homepage and let us know the changes you'd like made.
If you are searching a forum and there is a long listing of messages posted, look at the top orbottom of the page to see if there are more pages to view.
