Prior Helpful Hints
Like to listen to Caribbean music? You can turn it on. Go to the blue box at the bottom of this page, look for the white right-pointing triangle and click it. If you want to stop it again, look for the 2 white vertical lines in a circle and click. The music will stop.
When creating your password, do not use special symbols (like * or #). You may be able to enter it on sign-up but you will not be able to log in with it later.
Room Locations/Calendar Need to know where a particular room at the Resort is located? Wondering what the dates are for your upcoming interval? Click on Maps/Rooms/Calendar on the left side of the page then select the building you are looking for.
Not Authorized? When trying to visit some pages, do you receive a message that you are not authorized yet? If so, this is because we never received your Verify Ownership survey. To resolve this, click Verify Ownership on the left side of the page. Complete the information requested. Once received, we will verify your account and you will be notified when you have full access to all pages.

Owner Forums – This is the section of the site is where you can post questions/comments/suggestions and engage in conversation with other owners. How about posting Trip Reports? There is also a special place for posting weeks that you may have for rent or sale or to look for one you wish to rent. Detailed Instructions for using the forums can be found HERE. Private Messages – Send Private Messages directly to other owners.
It is easy to contact other owners from this site. This method allows people to contact each other without knowing or revealing actual a-mail addresses. Just follow these steps:
Sending Messages
Click Owner Profiles at the top of the page. Look through the list. If you find someone you think you know, click the name. You will then see their profile and any photos they may have posted.
If you want to contact that person, go to the Send Private Message area, type in a Subject as you would with any othe e-mail and then type your message in the white box area.
Click Send Message.
Receiving/Reading Messages
You will receive an e-mail when anyone responds to your Private Message. It will direct you to view your message at the website.
When you Log In, you will see a box that says "You Have X New Messages". If you click this, you will come to the list of messages. Click the Subject Line of the message you wish to read to open it.
To respond, click in the white area, type your message and click Send Reply.
This will stay in your list, similar to an inbox on your regular e-mail.
Viewing All Messages
To view your messages later, from the HomePage click Check Messages on the left side of the page. You will then see the same listing as above. If you click the Inbox button at top (the default) you will see messages you received. If you click the Outbox button, you will see messages you sent to others.

After you have logged in, look for the Where They Live box on the right side of this page.
Click Show Owners On Map to see details.
Once on the map, you can continue to zoom in to see more detail. You can also move the map around by holding the left mouse button and then dragging the mouse.
Click on any pink tack to see the name and town of the owner.
From the homepage Where They Live box click the down arrow next to the word Select. You will see a list of how many people are in each state, province or other country.
Click on a particular state and you will see a list of the owners in that state.

It's official ! Both PROG endorsed candidates Jeff Borowick and Bill Holmberg have been elected to the board.Congratulations to them ! Details were sent to many owners directly in an e-mail from the Board yesterday afternoon and are also now posted on our website (see below). The following is an open letter to ALL Owners from Jeff and Bill.
"We are pleased to have been formally announced through the Pelican Resort Club communique as having been elected to the Board of Directors.
This is a momentous day given the bare grassroots effort organized by Jeff and other owners of the resort to stand for the interests of ALL PELICAN OWNERS.
Our commitment, as stated in our Candidates Message before the election, is one to serve the Financial Interests of the owners and focus on the quality and experience of the entire resort to the best of our ability. We couldn't have done it without your help and we sincerely Thank You for the support."
